This invoice is issued subject to any and all terms and conditions under which any transportation or other service is provided by the Suppliers, The Agency shall not become liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodations, or other irregularity which may occur due to (1) wrongful, negligent or arbitrary acts or omissions on the part of the Suppliers, their employees or others not under the direct control of the Agency, (2) defects or failures of any conveyance, equipment or instrumentality under the control of the Suppliers, and (3) but not limited to Acts of God, fire, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or dangers incident to the sea, land and air.
The Client by engaging the Agency and making deposit and/or full payment for the travel arrangements as specified, acknowledges the position of the Agency as stipulated by the foregoing, agrees to hold the Agency blameless in making the arrangements on his behalf, provided same shall be made through generally acceptable Suppliers at the time of engagement, and further agrees that restitution of damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the Suppliers, The Client also agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour, cruise or services as set fourth in the brochures and/or circulars of the Suppliers,

Reconfirm your return or continuing flights - 24 hours for domestic and 72 hours for international. Failure to use any reservations will result in auto- matic cancellation of afl'eontimrtng -end-return reservations. Please advise the airlines if your travel plans change en route,

Hotels are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans, please notify your hotel(s) by 4:00pm local time to avoid
mandatory payment.

If your plans change en route, apply the value of your ticket toward a reissued one. It is not necessary to purchase a new ticket.

These times, flights and fares are based on current tariffs that are subject to change without notice.
06. CHANGES or CANCELLATIONS
To change or cancel your flight itinerary, call this travel agency or the airline you are scheduled to take. If cancelling return the unused tickets to us for refund or credit. Most special, excursion, and discount tickets have various travel restrictions and may have a penalty for change or cancellation. Be sure you understand these restrictions. If you change your plans en route, ask the airline to apply the value of your unused ticket toward the purchase of a new ticket. If a refund is due, obtain a receipt from the airline. If you are holding guaranteed hotel reservations which you may wish to cancel, notify the hotel as soon as possible and in no event later than 4 pm local time to avoid mandatory payment,
07. PROMOTIONAL FARES
Most discount fares involve certain restrictions. A change in carrier(s), flight(s), times(s) or routing(s) could result in a carrier demanding a full fare.
08. SERVICE CHARGES
We reserve the right to charge a minimum processing fee in the event of a refund or cancellation,
09. TICKETS
Cancelled or unused tickets "must be returned for proper credit to your account. Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets must be paid for until refund is received from the issuing carrier; subject to an airline imposed service charge.
10. RESPONSIBILITY
This travel agency represents and is an agent for carefully selected carriers, transportation companies, tour operators, hotels, wholesalers and service companies: all of which are disclosed principals and independent contractors. This agency is not responsible for any negligent act or omission by any of these organizations.
11.INSURANCE
Airline and other travel suppliers' insurance for baggage have limited liability. Your personal insurance may not adequately cover losses incurred by cancellation, accident, illness or stolen or damaged property. We strongly urge you to purchase additional insurance offered to you,
12. D1SCLOSURE NOTICE OF DELIBERATE OVERBOOKING
Airline flights may be overbooked and there is a slight chance that a seat will not be available on a flight for which a person has a confirmed reservation. A person denied boarding on a flight may be entitled to a compensatory payment. The rules for denied boarding compensation are available at all airport ticket counters.
13.TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION:
All travelers leaving the country be sure you have proof of birth and any required documents for your return.
