Travel Agent
Requires 2-3 years experience in Apollo reservation system for international booking and ticketing. Needs strong knowledge of international tariffs and destinations. Good communication skills a must (bilingual a plus but not mandatory). Needs a friendly attitude and ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision. Excellent knowledge of US and European geography is required. Solid knowledge of international air, car and hotel bookings as well as ticketing, including bulk fares, hand-written tickets, exchanges and refunds.
